I purchased several different drt parts from them earlier this month and had it shipped to northern Indiana. They had it to me in less than 7 days along with shipping a second drt truck because I ordered the wrong one for my turbo r. They took my wors on shipping the wrong one back and are quick to communicate through email. I will most definitely be buying from them in the future. Eric was the point of contact I spoke with and he has been super helpful.

Very good customer service. I had a question and emailed them and they responded back quickly. Ordered a set of tires and receive them very quick. I drove all the way from California and Brought my razor pro R to Jagged X. for a full shock therapy, suspension job, batteries, there straight shifter and knob, Front ball joints, Chase light and bumper lights. The guys are very knowledgeable and did an awesome job. Very very happy with their work. I will be bringing my razor back sometime in the future for more goodies.Thanks again guys. razor handles awesome.

Eric and the team at Jagged X are amazing! This is my second purchase with them and once again I had a great experience. I just ordered wheels and tires this Monday the 23rd and Eric had to order the tires. Even with that, Jagged delivered my new wheel set to my home yesterday (Wednesday) by 1pm.

I don't have a Polaris RZR or a SXS but this is my go to shop on my 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner for Method Race Wheels, any lights - I was able to get Baja Designs delivered pretty quickly and Eric had KC HiLites on the shelf, Switch Pros and Rugged Radios race radio accessories. Eric has everything you need in stock, and if he doesn't, he's pretty accurate about when he will. This is definitely my go to shop to outfit my "full size" truck.
