2026 sand sports super show utv parts recap

Best of Sand Sports Super Show 2026

We do this every year: walk the entire floor at the 2026 Sand Sports Super Show and bring back every new UTV part worth knowing about. This year's show was packed with new suspension kits, lighting tech, wheels, storage solutions, and a handful of builds we stopped to film twice. If you couldn't make it out to the show, the video above covers our full walk, and this article breaks it down by category with links to the parts we carry.

This is our fourth year covering the show. If you want to see how things have changed, check out our recaps from 2025, 2024, and 2023.

Suspension & Ride Control

Suspension Direct (SDI) had their E-Clik electronically controlled shocks and sway bar links on display, the same setup on our own DRT Xpedition build, with a hands-on demo letting you compress the shocks and feel the difference between modes yourself. Browse our full UTV suspension parts lineup if you want to upgrade yours.

Cedar Suspension Co. brought a clear-coated Xpedition kit running Fox Rhino 2.0 shocks, and HCR showed off two Can-Am builds in their signature raw and clear-powder-coated finishes. Both build everything in-house in the US, which is why the welds hold up to a clear coat instead of hiding under paint. D&M previewed one of their first turbocharged Xpedition builds, paired with Cedar Suspension Co. suspension, for anyone who's been asking for more power out of that platform.

Exterior Armor & Protection

Assault Industries relaunched with a new Frag line for the Pro R: an interchangeable front grille, aluminum inner fender guards, thick rock sliders, and intake guards. They also debuted a clamp-on convex mirror with a race-mirror look, a callback to the mirrors teams used to run before they disappeared from the market.

Thumper Fab built out a Texas Edition Ranger 1500 with a front bumper, roof rack, and light bars, plus a rock slider for the Xpedition that doubles as a real step. Their new electronically controlled seat and center console setup, push-button seat position, seat heat, and a console that raises and lowers, was the standout on the booth.

TMW's Xpedition build had a front bumper that fits four LP4 lights, tubular nerf bars, a new roof rack in an XP and ADV version, and a rear bumper with hidden lighting and a built-in license plate mount. SDR Motorsports showed a full-aluminum front bumper with frenched-in Squadron Pro headlights and optional winch capability, aluminum flares that can be powder coated to match any build, and a rear tire carrier with Molle panels that opens with one latch.

Black Ops Machine brought out a Turbo R with their front grille, inner fender guards, a bolt-on/clamp-on mirror, intake guards, sway bar links, and matching radius rods, all in their black-and-machined theme. Elektric Offroad Designs updated their Xpedition demo car with a full bull bar bumper, a new grille, an A-pillar light mount, and a rear sliding tray system that doubles storage capacity.

Wheels & Tires

Price Designs had two Dirt Direct builds in their booth, an Xpedition and a Pro R, showing off their spinning center caps and custom powder coat, plus a full wheel builder on-site so you can spec a custom wheel from scratch.

Valor Offroad brought new wheel options across the board: a forged 15" wheel with a machined black ring, dual-tone 17" non-beadlock options, a 35"/17" tire and wheel combo, and a forged dune set with a machined finish.

Sandcraft showed 35" and 37" paddle tires for Pro R and Mav R, plus a new lineup of dirt bike and quad paddle tires, including a 23x7 quad tire with side sliders built in. Hostile debuted a new forged non-beadlock wheel and their first-ever dually wheel. Shop our full selection of UTV wheels and tires.

Lighting

Nacho Offroad Lighting showed an amber chase light with selectable strobe patterns and a cab-controlled white backup mode, along with a flush-mountable fog light option. Litt Industries had their magnetic touch dome light on display, plus a preview of a new magnet-controlled color-changing rock light that switches between cruising colors and a white work light with one tap.

XTC Power Products showed a chase light combo with front hazard, rear brake, amber chase, and white backup functions, along with a new two-dome-light RGB kit that's plug-and-play and switches from party mode to solid white with one button.

Triple R Lights, a new vendor for us, stood out with amber-to-white switchable lighting built for dusty conditions and a reflector design engineered to cut down the windshield glare that overhead light bars usually cause. Check out our full range of UTV lighting if you want to add any of this to your rig.

Storage, Recovery & Hard Parts

The AGM Products Scissor Jack is now impact rated, still our top jack recommendation for UTV owners, and AGM also brought a matching truck jack plus new Xpedition and RZR mount options in development.

RPM showed their underseat auxiliary fuel tank, our best-selling Polaris storage item, now molded in plastic for better durability, alongside their carbon fiber hood with intake screens. MacDermid Design had their hydraulic storage box lineup on display, including the 35" Pro R box, plus a Molle panel option for the Xpedition's rear window.

MOJAB Offroad displayed their full shackle and clevis lineup, compatible with any two-bolt winch system, along with soft-shackle-friendly hitch options and traction boards. Axia Alloys rounded out the category with a new Starlink mount, billet handles, axle clamps, and phone/radio mounts. SuperATV had their recovery toolkit on hand for anyone who wanted a closer look in person. Our UTV storage and recovery gear pages have the rest if you need to get set up.

Interior, Audio & Comfort

PRP door bags remain our best-selling PRP item on every 2025 and 2026 model, thanks to padded, well-sealed construction that holds up longer than anything else in that category. PCI showed off their all-carbon-fiber Vibe headset, noise-canceling and lightweight, with a behind-the-head version coming in the next few weeks.

UTV Stereo built out a fully tricked-out Xpedition sound system with wall-mounted amps, tower speakers, and a massive sub. Savage UTV showed their full range of Starlink mounts: quick-release, tube-clamp, sunroof, suction cup, and magnetic.

Sector Seven highlighted their switch plate for the Pro series, built for anyone who's run out of switch space on the newer big-screen dash, along with their mirrors, gas caps, and shift knobs. XKraft Motorsports showed their matte carbon fiber hood, dash bezels, forged carbon interior trim, and A-pillar speaker mounts that install even after your cage is already on.

Builds We Stopped to Film Twice

DRT Motorsports had one of the most talked-about builds at the show, and it's for sale: a fully built Xpedition, under 300 miles, at $72,000. Last year's showcase build is worth a look too, our complete walk-around of the 2025 DRT Xpedition build covers everything that went into it, and we'll have the 2026 version up soon.

Chupacabra debuted a black carbon fiber race mirror and a modular grab handle with a built-in RAM ball mount, built for Pro R, Turbo R, and Turbo S passengers. Brick City Fab's cages remain some of the cleanest weld work at the show, and Dirt Direct's chrome-heavy Pro R proved chrome is back in a big way this year.

Shock Therapy and Geiser Performance shared a booth with Upfit, who brought an '80s-styled Escape build and, for the first time, started selling finished cars directly from the show floor.
