Ed’s 2026 Polaris RZR Pro R: The First 2026 We’ve Built From the Ground Up

Ed's been a customer of ours for a while now — this is actually the second Pro R we've built for him. He's got a four-seater turbo build we did, and this is his two-seat play car. When he came to us with the 2026, we were fired up. This was the first 2026 Polaris RZR Pro R we got to do a full build on, and it was a great one to kick things off with.

The theme was simple: red and black, race-inspired, dialed in from every angle. Ed wanted a car that could run hard and look clean doing it. We think we delivered.

Front End: Bumper, Lights & Protection

Starting at the nose, Ed is running a Geiser Performance dual row front bumper. It's a sick setup — aggressive look, built tough, and the perfect platform for the lighting package we put together.

For lights, we went with Baja Designs XL 80s mounted up front with amber covers. The cool thing about running covers is they give him flexibility — out in a group, rock the ambers. Out front on his own, swap to the clears and get maximum output. Best of both worlds.

We also did the XTC Power Products self-canceling turn signal system with the fang indicator lights integrated into the bumper. They tuck in perfectly and look like they belong there.

One thing that's easy to miss on this car — the entire body is wrapped in clear self-healing PPF. Brush scratches, light scuffs, all that trail abuse? The film absorbs it. Warm it up and it heals itself. This car should be looking sharp for a long time.

We also installed our Jagged X Offroad Stealth Fascia Bracket on the front. We do this on all our 2025 and 2026 builds. It's a steel, black powder coated replacement for the factory aluminum piece — same function, cleaner look, and it really ties the whole front end together.

Suspension & Steering: Built to Handle Whatever Ed Throws at It

Steering wise, Ed is fully covered. We installed CMI Precision tie rods and CMI Precision ball joints, along with Black Ops Machine upper ball joints. Between the CMI and Black Ops pieces, the front end on this car is seriously dialed. No steering concerns, no weak points — just confidence every time he gets on the wheel.

In the rear, Ed is running Shock Therapy chromoly radius rods. Paired with the rest of the build, this car is set up to perform.

Wheels & Tires: 35s All Around, All Black Everything

For wheels and tires, we went with Sandcraft 35" Slayers — diamonds in the front, 14-paddle in the rear. Perfect setup for the kind of riding Ed does. For wheels, he's on Hostile forged — 8" wide up front, 10" in the rear — and of course we went all black to stay true to the theme. The combo looks absolutely clean against the red body.

If you need Hostile Wheels for your build, contact us and we'll get you taken care of.

Cage & Exterior: Geiser Performance Top to Bottom

The cage on this build is full Geiser Performance, and it's a sick system. Built into the roof are KC HiLiTES Cyclone dome lights — and there's a Geiser Performance logo that lights up with key ignition, which is a really cool touch. The lights pump out a diffused white spread, and with two of them in a two-seater, it is seriously bright in there.

The cage also has a built-in wing with a chase bar integrated into the roof. All the wiring stays tucked inside the inner panel so the build stays clean and nothing is hanging out where it shouldn't be.

Out back, Geiser Performance covers it all — number plate system, rear trunk, and rear tire rack. The trunk is a full replacement lid, not just a cover, so it pops the whole factory bed out and drops their unit in. It fits a 35" spare with no problem, has strong gas struts to hold it open, and locks up tight. There's also a clean cutout in the trunk floor so Ed can do an oil change without pulling the whole setup apart. Geiser Performance has thought of everything on this system — it's genuine race car stuff.

Additional Geiser Performance pieces on the back include the pull plate that meets up with the bumper, shock guards, CV guards, and an oil filter guard. The whole rear end is seriously protected.

For lighting back there, we've got a Baja Designs light inside the trunk to illuminate his gear at night, and the XTC Power Products lighted license plate frame. We put our Jagged X Offroad beauty plate in it since Ed's plates weren't in yet, along with our Jagged X Offroad license plate mount.

Whips, Flags & Antenna

Ed's running white Marshin Whips with our Jagged X Offroad red stripe American flags — we went with the red stripe American flag to match the color scheme on the car. Looks perfect against the red body. We also put a Rugged Radios stealth low-profile antenna on there. If you're trail riding and don't want to be whipping a full-size antenna through every branch, the low-profile is the move.

Interior: Race-Ready & Comfortable

The interior on this one is clean. We started with Xkraft Motorsports real carbon fiber inner panels with the air pillow brackets and integrated tweeter pockets. These are flat matte carbon fiber and the texture really complements the factory dash. What we love about these specific brackets is that they install after the cage is already on — no fighting to slide rubber pieces over the tube while you're trying to run wires. They bolt right up after the fact. Super clean.

For the mirror, Ed went with an Axia Alloys race mirror — really compact, great convex field of view, and it tucks in tight. All black, of course. Fits the theme perfectly.

Communication is handled by a Rugged Radios M1 radio paired with their STX intercom. The 2026 has the new bigger screen, and everything integrates cleanly into the dash.

The switch system is the Switch Pros SP9100, and Ed has full control of all his lights — chase bar, driving lights, everything — without ever taking his hand off the wheel. That's the way it should be.

We installed one of our Jagged X Offroad shifter arms in there. Even with the straight shifter the gear selector sits close, but without it the factory angle puts your knuckles right up into the dash buttons every time you shift. It's a small thing that makes a big difference. Topped it off with a red Jagged X Offroad shift knob to stay on theme.

The XTC Power Products hazard and horn combo is in there as well, along with the XTC billet lever.

Last but definitely not least — Triple X heated and ventilated seats. The 2026 Pro R comes with factory heated and cooled seats, and Ed's Triple X units are also heated and cooled. They still tie into the factory Ride Command system and wire up exactly the same way as stock. What he gains is significantly more cushion, better support, and a serious upgrade in long-ride comfort while keeping all the factory climate functionality. For his seats, reach out to us directly and we'll get you sorted.
