RPM Powersports 3" Sport Muffler W/ 3" Tip
This is a 304 stainless FULL 3" catless sport muffler that utilizes a internally baffled perforated core. By utilizing not just a straight through muffler we were able to achieve a beautifully sounding exhaust tone while staying extremely light weight and retaining the use of the factory rear fascia. This is a full 3" out the tip design achieved by using the supplied RPM designed, OEM appearing stainless 3" tip. Mounting is used by utilizing the factory hangers brackets. The Sport muffler lands in the middle of the "loudness chart" for our Pro R line up. Loudest being the Race Muffler, and nearest to stock sound would be the Chambered Muffler. The video at the bottom of this page compares all 3 to make your choice easy! Lets talk about the exhaust tip: The factory rear fascia the exhaust exits from was designed around the exhaust tip, this design is called a "Isosceles Trapezoid". The absolute biggest downfall of the factory exhaust is this....The inlet of the factory muffler is 3", with the restriction of the factory catalytic converter it is bottlenecked at the exit & tip which are reduced to 2.5". This was the bottleneck of the exhaust system that needed addressed. While others struggled to "design" an exhaust tip that fit the factory rear fascia, we got to it and knew what needed to be done. Rather than use a typical "car" style exhaust tip we knew we must retain the factory shape. We painstakingly re-designed the factory tip using 3D scans and models. After building our press molds, testing, re-building, and test fitting, we finally achieved a finished product. A factory like 3" tip that appears OEM and perfectly fits the OEM rear fascia. Our tip can be easily modified to be countersunk in the rear fascia providing a more sleeker look. Lets talk about the gasket flange: We have for years manufactured our own replacement OEM style gaskets, with this knowledge & experience we knew that we needed to replicate the OEM flange for best performance. While some attempt to use cone style sealing flanges, we replicated the OEM flange in order to preserve gasket life. No pressure points, only evenly distributed gasket pressure for maximized sealing.

Polaris RZR Pro R, Turbo R, Pro XP 4 Seat 7.5 Gallon Floor Board Gas Tank This is an easy to install, and remove as needed, auxiliary gas tank that simply sits snugly in the floor board. The factory folding seat bracket secures to the tank and then is connected to the chassis using our supplied J Clamp. It can be used as a single OR dual setup by utilizing one or both floor boards for fuel. This tank utilizes the factory fill neck for re-fueling AND ventilation eliminating in cab fuel fumes that you'd experience with other kits. You are able to choose which side you'd like to use for your tank, passenger side or drivers side or BOTH. Kit includes a momentary switch for easy, quick, and on the fly re-fueling even while driving. The high volume fuel pump can pump 1.25 gallons per minute. RPM Powersports Billet Lower Front Shock Tuning Fork
Its no secret this is a worrisome weak spot on the the New Pro & Turbo R chassis. We've developed a tuning fork that's built from 7075 billet aluminum that's simply massive compared to the factory cast piece. This was rigorously engineered, stress tested, over built, and machined to the highest of tolerances. The RPM Tuning fork is massive compared to stock, & other for that matter, making it over 6x stronger than the OEM fork by using the highest grade aluminum and as mentioned, simply making it BIGGER. These do require being installed after the springs due to their sheer mass. We did not want to skimp on strength in return for them fitting through the factory slider. No loss in travel or stroke, and no underlying modifications are required using the RPM fork or cups! The RPM Biller Forks cradle the OEM shock shaft above the threads eliminating any sheering force that has commonly caused shock failures. Paired with our RPM Billet Spring Cups this makes the front suspension components of the Pro R and Turbo R platforms bullet proof. We'll let the pictures speak for themselves! Sold as a set.

Polaris RZR Pro R Chambered 3" Muffler This chambered muffler is hands down the most in-demand muffler to be introduced to the Pro R market. This is a fully mechanical chambered muffler that utilizes no wearable packing. It uses a series of pass through chambers & internal flared pipes to deliver a deep and quiet as possible sound through the OEM replicated 3" RPM tip. This is as quiet as a Pro R muffler can be while still retaining enough exhaust flow to provide optimal gains. This means that this muffler system is adequate all the way to stage 5 E85 tunes! Like all our Pro R mufflers, we have retained our famous 3" OEM replicated tip to perfectly fit the factory rear fascia. RPM Powersports Double Spherical Exhaust Gasket Donut Seal
This double spherical, dual step exhaust gasket built by RPM is manufactured from a H.D. mesh stainless steel wrapped in an outer layer of composite graphite. This Ultra Seal Gasket construction and material is designed to perform better than the OEM gasket. RPM Powersports Dual Baffle Polaris Pro R (4 Cyl) Oil Catch Can
The RPM SxS Catch Can is all aluminum and fully chambered oil catch can built to provide the absolute best performance! Designed to mount directly to the bed and use the factory crankcase breather to allow for a simple and quick install! A pre filter is included to keep dust and debris free from the crankcase breather filter as well. The use of our 8-AN fitting makes installation clean and allows for easy removal for maintenance later on. Our o-ring sealed drain valve makes emptying the catch can easy and leak free during operation. This kit includes a silicone hose to replace the problematic factory crankcase hose along with all hardware needed for installation. It's no secret that these engines create an abundance of oil/gas/condensation waste. Due to emissions laws & such, this waste has to be recycled back through the engine & “burned off”. This oily mess is the “messy film” you find caked to your intake tube. Not only can these gasses and liquids create tuning headaches by skewing the air fuel ratio, they can also increase the chances of detonation ( oil & condensation do not combust well). The RPM SxS Catch Can’s job is to collect this oily mess so that it can be manually drained later on. All necessary hardware to cap off your factory breather & completely install the catch can are included! Pro R Intake Tube Airbox to Throttle Body Intake Tube The airbox to throttle body intake boot is made out of thin soft rubber with no reinforcement to stop itself from collapsing in on its self when warm and under a heavy load. We have fixed this flaw with an extremely heavy duty 8.5mm thick 5Ply silicone tube that is not only stronger but also oversized. Unlike stock and cheap imitations, ours does NOT bottle neck down after the air box. We retained an oversize, smooth flowing design to yield the most possible gains. When designing this we removed the factory restrictive to airflow imperfections & smoothed the transitions and clearance points to the max providing the absolute most intake air flow and velocity possible. Each tube includes stainless Silicone Safe T-Bolt clamps and factory crankcase ventilation port. Pro R Intake Tube Bed To Airbox Intake Tube The stock intake tube from the bed to the airbox is made of very plastic. Material use is just the beginning of the troubles. This tube in stock format is VERY restrictive and has multiple restrictive paths of flow. We have fixed these flaws with a extremely heavy duty 7mm thick 6Ply silicone tube that is not only stronger but also oversized. We removed all restrictions of airflow & forming imperfections, while enlarging the tube was much as possible without causing clearance issues with the bed or shock.
