We just wrapped up a full build on Dan's 2026 Polaris RZR Pro R Ultra, and we're pumped to show you everything we did to it. Dan came to us with a couple things already on the car, a roof rack and some storage setups, but everything else here is ours. Blue and black theme front to back, and this thing came out dialed.

Dan’s 2026 Polaris RZR Pro R Ultra Full Build
Front Bumper, Winch & Lighting
Like we always do, let's start up front. This is a DRT Motorsports Desert Runner front bumper, and it's winch capable. Dan's running a Black Ops 6,000 lb UTV winch behind it, which is plenty sturdy since DRT stuff always is. One cool feature of this bumper is the top Desert Runner section actually comes off if you want to run it more like a plate bumper, but since Dan wanted lights up front, we kept the top piece on and built out the whole package.
We used a MOJAB Offroad recessed winch shackle with fairlead kit on the front so Dan never has to worry about the winch cable rattling around. We also ran three XL 80 lights across the front bumper. The skid plate and bumper ends typically come in raw aluminum, but we powder coated those black and blue to finish out the look of the car. These are XTC Power Products Fang Lights up front too, wired into the blinker kit so they blink orange with the turn signals.
One small detail we do on all of our 25s and 26s is what we call our Stealth Fascia Bracket. It's a silly little thing, but that bracket comes raw aluminum from the factory and we just don't love the look of it, so we blacked it out. Cleans up the whole front end of the car.
Wheels, Tires & Front Light Bar
Dan kept the factory wheels but stepped up to 35 inch BFG KM3 tires. This car also has the factory SDI system on it, which is one of the cool things Polaris built into the Ultra. We didn't add that, but it's worth pointing out since it's a great feature on this trim.
Up top we added a Baja Designs light bar, their XL linkable front light bar with the matching bracket. It typically comes in black, but since Dan's going with a blue theme throughout the build, we powder coated the bar and bracket to match.
Mirrors, Roof Rack & Starlink Mount
We ran Axia Alloys mirrors on this build, going with their medium length option. Axia makes three different lengths so you can dial in exactly how close or far you want the mirrors sitting, and the medium length works really well for most builds. Dan's roof rack was already on the car before it came in, so that's one piece here that isn't ours.
For his Starlink setup, we built a custom plate and used Axia Alloys mounting hardware so the whole unit can move wherever Dan wants it. It's mounted in a solid spot for him now, but the beauty of this setup is it's fully adjustable down the road.
Chase Bar, Whips & Rear Details
On the back of the car we mounted a Litt Industries 24 inch chase bar on top of the roof rack. We ran Marshin Whips in blue, custom height so they sit level with the roof rack, which means Dan never has to worry about them catching on his garage door. We also added our Jagged X Polaris RZR Pro R Air Intake Grille back here to finish out the look.
There's a storage box mounted back here that was already installed before the car came to us, so that's another piece that isn't ours. We finished out the rear with the XTC Power Products turn signal system, which comes with the license plate frame and gets Dan street legal with everything lit up. Last but not least, we added a Rugged Radios antenna back here as well.

Interior Build
Inside the car we've got a dome light with a switch mounted right where Dan can reach it before he even gets in the car. He clicks it on to see what he's doing, gets settled, and clicks it back off before heading out. We've done this setup on a few builds now and really like how it functions.
The XTC Power Products turn signal system we mentioned earlier also gives Dan indicators right in the dash, which is a really nice touch. For communication, we built out a full Rugged Radios setup with their M1 race series radio and an STX intercom. We had a custom plate made to house the whole system, and XTC Power Products handled most of the wiring on this car with their 8-switch power control system.
We also added a Rugged Radios USB hub in here. Dan already has a factory USB port for RIDE COMMAND updates, but that one charges pretty slow. This hub has USB-C and USB-A and charges a whole lot faster, so it's one of those additions we put on almost every car that comes through the shop.
For switches, we used a Sector Seven billet shift plate with built-in switch holes, powder coated blue to match the rest of the theme. That gave us a clean spot for the winch switch and the rear chase light bar switch without cluttering up the dash.

Rear Seat, Fuel Tank & Storage
Since Dan's only running one passenger seat in the rear, we used the extra space for fuel and storage instead. We custom cut a Tusk plate around an RPM 7.5 gallon floor board gas tank, so he's got both a storage spot and extra fuel capacity on the same side of the car. That way when he's fueling up he's not switching sides at the pump, everything he needs is right there.
We also added Axia Alloys mounts for the Rugged Radios headset cables, which is honestly the cleanest way we've found to keep those cables secure. We did the same setup up front for the passengers too. Dan's storage bags and racks were already installed before the car came to us as well.
This was a really fun build, and we're always glad to get more of these Ultras in the shop. The blue theme came out great on this one. Make sure you click the link below to check out the full details, and if you like anything you see here, you can pick it up for your own build too.
