Tests of our heat treated housings and 300M stem prove our ball joints are at least 3x stronger than OEM! The stem features an increased thread diameter to eliminate concerns of shearing. Designed to be greasable and can be adjusted for wear meaning these will be the last ball joints you ever have to buy. The RCV Premium 300M ball joints are manufactured in the USA, and are backed by a lifetime warranty against breakage! Warranty does not cover the boot or component wear. Requires at least 125lb torque for clamp. Uses 36MM socket. May not fit vehicles with 14" wheels or double beadlocks.

RPM Powersports " Cooler " P90x Clutch Cover / Brace
Machined from 6061 billet, our P90x clutch brace is built for pure strength without adding unneeded weight. In addition to being substantially stronger than the stock weak cast piece, we integrated raised braces to increase CFM Air Flow. Essentially we have turned the clutch brace cover into a reinforced fan! This increase in clutch air movement helps reduce belt temperature increasing belt life. The P90x clutch is no slouch and a great clutch, this simply address the weak spot of that clutch which is the side to side AND outward flex of the clutch towers. Another common issue with the factory design is the bushing will walk outward out of the brace, have machined a bushing retention lip into our brace that will not allow this to happen.

RPM Powersports 7.5 Gallon Floor Board Gas Tank
Polaris RZR Pro R, Turbo R, Pro XP 4 Seat 7.5 Gallon Floor Board Gas Tank This is an easy to install, and remove as needed, auxiliary gas tank that simply sits snugly in the floor board. The factory folding seat bracket secures to the tank and then is connected to the chassis using our supplied J Clamp. It can be used as a single OR dual setup by utilizing one or both floor boards for fuel. This tank utilizes the factory fill neck for re-fueling AND ventilation eliminating in cab fuel fumes that you'd experience with other kits. You are able to choose which side you'd like to use for your tank, passenger side or drivers side or BOTH. Kit includes a momentary switch for easy, quick, and on the fly re-fueling even while driving. The high volume fuel pump can pump 1.25 gallons per minute. If the tank ever needs removed, simply cap the fill fitting with the supplied cap and remove the tank, easy as that. When running a single tank, we recommend the passenger side. All fittings, pump, plug & play wiring harness, and hardware is included along with easy to follow instructions.
RPM Powersports Billet Lower Front Shock Tuning Fork
Its no secret this is a worrisome weak spot on the the New Pro & Turbo R chassis. We've developed a tuning fork that's built from 7075 billet aluminum that's simply massive compared to the factory cast piece. This was rigorously engineered, stress tested, over built, and machined to the highest of tolerances. The RPM Tuning fork is massive compared to stock, & other for that matter, making it over 6x stronger than the OEM fork by using the highest grade aluminum and as mentioned, simply making it BIGGER. These do require being installed after the springs due to their sheer mass. We did not want to skimp on strength in return for them fitting through the factory slider. No loss in travel or stroke, and no underlying modifications are required using the RPM fork or cups! The RPM Biller Forks cradle the OEM shock shaft above the threads eliminating any sheering force that has commonly caused shock failures. Paired with our RPM Billet Spring Cups this makes the front suspension components of the Pro R and Turbo R platforms bullet proof. We'll let the pictures speak for themselves! Sold as a set.

When we find a weak spot, we re-design, over build, and deliver. That's exactly what we have done with the factory Pro R & Turbo R Lower spring retainer cups. Built from 6061 billet, this RPM Retainer cup is nearly 6x stronger than the factory cast piece. We've retained the factory style, while increasing dimensions drastically throughout. The RPM spring cup is not only significantly stronger, but provides more surface area for the factory & aftermarket bottom springs to rest on. These work on factory & RPM HD shock tuning forks. RPM Powersports HD Polaris P90x UTV Primary Clutch Puller
This heavy duty primary clutch puller makes removing the primary clutch easy. This is not necessary to install clutch kits, but it saves your back, some fighting, and make adjustments easier. Just remove your primary clutch bolt with a 13/16" socket using an impact.
