Viper Machine Gated Shift System Turbo R/ Pro XP
Viper Machine Gated Shift System is a one-of-a-kind, billet shifter assembly which replaces the stock shift gate, as well as the shifter arm and grip and adds a custom billet top console for great looks. Viper Machine also added tilting functionality to the lever that allows for much smoother and precise shifting. The gated design makes it extremely easy and quick to shift from Low or High to Neutral or Reverse when rock crawling or trail riding without hitting Park. The kit includes a custom machined delrin insert which Viper Machine has cleverly inserted into the console to ensure smooth operation. Viper Machine Gated Shifter kit also includes a rubber boot to seal the lower portion of the shifter and prevent unwanted heat and dust intrusion, the gated shifter brace attaches to the stock frame and braces the shifter and console to make the gated function that much more precise. The shift knob also sits a little lower and back about an inch to clear most accessory switch panels. This a must have for rock crawling, it makes general trail riding more enjoyable when you have to shift quickly from forward to reverse multiple times to maneuver around an obstacle or tight corner with no chance of accidentally hitting park.

XTC Power Products Polaris RZR PRO XP 6 Switch Power Control System for Polaris RZR PRO XTC Power Products Leads the way in UTV Wiring. Powering multiple accessories has become easier than ever with our Plug and Play PCS (Power Control System) for the Polaris RZR PRO XP. Unlike other switch systems available, the Power Control System’s designed with the installer in mind. Every PCS has a vehicle specific power connector and rocker switch harness that fits the factory pre-cut rocker switch positions. Power Delivered The PCS includes 1 x 30 amp and 3 x 20 amp high current circuits on relays with Diode protection. The design reduces voltage spikes from field collapse, protecting LED lights and other sensitive accessories. There are also 2 x 10 amp direct wire circuits provided for low power accessories like rock lights or whip lights. Additionally included is a fuse block that protects the circuits and comes with an eight gauge power cable and fuses. Most UTV charging systems produce anywhere from 40-70 amps. Because of this, a 50 amp circuit breaker at the battery safely supplies power to the PCS. Installing a 100+ amp high power switch system is not practical in a UTV. The Power Control Systems Barrier Strip Pro wiring installers have been using barrier strips in off-road vehicle builds for years. Some good reasons would be aesthetics, along with ease of use when adding new connections and troubleshooting down the road. Each screw point on the barrier strip has a different colored wire that corresponds with the fuse box and switches harness wires. Therefore the 1st rocker switch would be the large 30 amp grey wire, and then so on and so forth. Polaris PRO Switch System Power Harness Configurations Designed for the Polaris RZR PRO XP’s, the PCS-64-PRO the switch harness has 6 Rocker Switch Positions in a row that mount in the center dash. Also, the rocker switches can be installed together in any custom way deemed fit by the installer as well. Moreover, a Molex connector links the switch harness to the main Power Control System. Modular Power Connection The PCS-64-PRO-NS has a modular power connector at the fuse box that plugs inline with the vehicles ignition power. Consequently, the lower LED (available on custom rocker switches) will only illuminate when the ignition key is turned on. The upper light only comes on when the rocker switch’s pressed. XTC Power Products Self-Canceling Turn Signal Kit with Billet Lever for Polaris RZR PRO XP XTC Power Products has stepped up the game with our all new Billet Turn Lever for the ATS. You will never leave your turn signal on with our new Self-Canceling Turn Signal System for the Polaris RZR PRO XP. Similar to its predecessor, the TSS (Turn Signal System), the ATS is a Plug and Play easy install Polaris RZR PRO turn signal kit. The ATS consists of a small solid-state control box that performs its functions–differing from the prior generation’s larger control box. Like the TSS, the ATS Self-Canceling Turn Signal Kit is a modular design with vehicle specific SKUs. How the ATS Works The ATS with Billet Turn Lever part numbers includes a billet turn lever in lieu of the standard rocker switch. When you press the turn signal lever, the ATS will activate the turn blinker for a short duration and then self-cancel. This feature is useful for simple lane changes. On the other hand, an extended lever press will yield a longer blinker duration suitable for making left- and right-hand turns. You can manually cancel the turn signal by pushing the lever a second time. Also Included Also included in our Self-Canceling Polaris RZR PRO turn signal kit is a ‘Hazard/Horn’ rocker switch. Pressing the top ‘Hazard’ side of the actuator will turn on the hazard lights, pressing it again deactivates them. Furthermore, pressing the lower portion of the custom rocker switch will activate the included street legal FIAMM horn. Each ATS has a vehicle-specific harness that plugs inline with the rear factory taillight harness. The brake light signal passes through the ATS. As a result, the opposing brake light still functions normally while the activated turn signal brake light flashes.
