V09 Flow Formed UTV Wheel The V09 Flow Formed beadlock UTV wheel combines the manufacturing process of both casting and flow forming. The process begins with a gravity casting to form the wheel face and front lip, however the rear barrel is short and thick. The cast face is then put in a rotary machine that spins and heats up the casting, while rollers press/form the thickened part of the rear barrel into its final width and shape. Through a combination of heat, pressure, and spinning, the process realigns the grain structure and molecular properties of the aluminum alloy, resulting in a much stronger and lighter wheel. This unique hybrid manufacturing technique creates a wheel with a cast spoke face and a flow formed barrel, enhancing the performance at an amazing price point. The starting weight for the V09 15x7 is 16.96 lbs, and the 17x8 is 20.40 lbs, making both sizes some of the lightest one-piece aluminum wheels in the aftermarket industry. XTC Power Products Self-Canceling Turn Signal Kit with Billet Lever for 2019+ Polaris General XTC Power Products has stepped up the game with our all new Billet Turn Lever for the ATS. You will never leave your turn signal on with our new Self-Canceling Turn Signal System for the 19+ Polaris General. Similar to its predecessor, the TSS (Turn Signal System), the ATS is a Plug and Play easy install Polaris Pulse Busbar turn signal kit. The ATS consists of a small solid-state control box that performs its functions–differing from the prior generation’s larger control box. Like the TSS, the ATS Self-Canceling Turn Signal Kit is a modular design with vehicle specific SKUs. How the ATS Works The ATS with Billet Turn Lever part numbers includes a billet turn lever in lieu of the standard rocker switch. When you press the turn signal lever, the ATS will activate the turn blinker for a short duration and then self-cancel. This feature is useful for simple lane changes. On the other hand, an extended lever press will yield a longer blinker duration suitable for making left- and right-hand turns. You can manually cancel the turn signal by pushing the lever a second time. Also Included Also included in our Self-Canceling Polaris Pulse Busbar turn signal kit is a ‘Hazard/Horn’ rocker switch. Pressing the top ‘Hazard’ side of the actuator will turn on the hazard lights, pressing it again deactivates them. Furthermore, pressing the lower portion of the custom rocker switch will activate the included street legal FIAMM horn. Each ATS has a vehicle-specific harness that plugs inline with the rear factory taillight harness. The brake light signal passes through the ATS. As a result, the opposing brake light still functions normally while the activated turn signal brake light flashes. Hands-on with the ATS Polaris General Turn Signal Kit with Billet Lever Unlike our competitors, all ATS kits include an auxiliary power out for a license plate light or whip lights. Moreover the aux power is good for powering our 6″ LED Lit License Plate Frame. Above all, this system plugs directly into the new Polaris Pulse Busbar power connection.
