AJK OffRoad Polaris Xpedition “A” Pillar Grab Handle
Our Polaris Xpedition “A” Pillar Grab Handle is a great addition to your machine. These are designed to bolt directly to your A Pillar of your Xpedition. We supply the necessary self tapping bolts for an easy install. The handle length is 4.75″ with a total length of 6.75″.
AJK OffRoad Polaris Xpedition Bed Drawer
Our Polaris Xpedition Bed Drawer is a great way to get more storage out of your machine. Our drawer works with both the Polaris Xpedition XP and also the ADV. Our Polaris Xpedition Bed Drawer allows you to be able to reach the items in the back of your bed. We have designed this drawer to bolt to your bed using existing bolt holes in your machine. Our draw slides are rated at 500 LBS a set and are locking in the open and closed position. Very heavy duty drawer slides. Our brackets that hold the drawer slides are CNC laser cut and bent from 10 gauge steel and then powder coated black. Our drawer is CNC laser cut and bent from .125 thick aluminum and is bolted to the drawer slides. Our drawer has three braces welded on the bottom side for extra carrying capacity. Our drawer offers many different tie down points for your standard small ratchet strap or bungee cords. We have designed our drawer to accept two full size Milwaukee Packout mounts. Please select the option above if you would like the additional packout trays that fit this drawer. All hardware is supplied. We have designed a nut that fits in your Polaris Xpedition bed rails. This Billet Aluminum nuts slides in the end of your rail and has a 1/4-20 thread. These are great for attaching many items to your bed rails. We use these with our Polaris Xpedition Bed Trays
AJK OffRoad Polaris Xpedition Bed Rail Tie Down Hook
Our Polaris Xpedition Bed Rail Tie Down Hooks tighten to your bed rails using our special nut. These work perfect to hook a ratchet strap to hold many items in your bed. We CNC machine the nut from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum and all the hardware in Zinc Plated for corrosion resistant. We use 1/4-20 threads to fit in your bed rails.

We have designed our Polaris Xpedition Bed Rails to not only look good but offers great tie down points. These can be installed towards the inside of your bed or towards the outside of your bed. Our Bed Rails are CNC laser cut and bent from 10 gauge steel and then powder coated our mild texture black powder coat. These will fit on the XP and also the ADV model Xpeditions. Our Bed Rails bolt to your existing aluminum bed rails with our square nuts that are supplied. All hardware is supplied. This is for a set.
AJK OffRoad Polaris Xpedition Bed Tilt Lock
We have designed a bracket that will NOT allow your bed to tilt or dump. This little bracket bolts on to your dumping handle using existing bolts and bolt holes. Simply bolt our bracket on and you will not be able to dump your bed. This is great for people that have accessories in your bed so they do not fall out. You can purchase just the driver side or you can purchase one for both sides.
AJK OffRoad Polaris Xpedition Bed Tray
Our Polaris Xpedition Bed Tray is a great way to get more storage out of your machine. This tray will work with the Polaris Xpedition XP and also the ADV. Our Polaris Xpedition Bed Tray will double your storage space. We have designed this tray to bolt on the side of your bed using the factory aluminum bed rails. Our side brackets that hold the tray are able to be bolted on low or high. In the low position you have a little over 11″ of space under the tray. In the high position you have roughly 15.5″ of space under the tray. The side brackets are bolted to the bed using our special nuts that are inserted in the factory aluminum bed rails. Our side brackets are CNC laser cut from 10 gauge steel and then CNC bent and powder coated black. Our tray is CNC laser cut and bent from .125 thick aluminum and is bolted to the side brackets. Our tray has three braces welded on the bottom side of the tray for extra carrying capacity. Our tray offers many different tie down points for your standard small ratchet strap or bungee cords. Everything is powdercoated black for a long lasting product. All hardware is supplied. Some pictures shown with our Polaris Xpedition Bed Drawer that is not included with the tray.

We have designed our Polaris Xpedition Center Dash Panel to offer many mounting options. Our Dash Panel is designed for you to mount all your electronics in one easy to reach location. Our mount is designed to work with anything with a 1/4″ hold down stud. All the holes and slots are 1/4″ allowing for many different configurations of mounting your phone, tablet or your switch pros. Our Polaris Xpedition Center Dash Panel is CNC laser cut from .125 thick Aluminum and CNC bent and then powder coated our mild textured black powder coat. This panel is very easy to install by using the 4 supplied screws and screwing them in your dash.
AJK OffRoad Polaris Xpedition Door Storage Pocket
We have designed our Polaris Xpedition Door Storage Pocket for function and looks. Our Storage Trays are designed to screw right to your door. These are CNC Laser cut and bent from aluminum and powder coated black. Our Storage Pockets are roughly 4″ tall and 3″ deep with a 5.5″ wide opening at the top. These are a simple install and only take a couple minutes to install. We supply all the necessary hardware. Sold as a set for driver and passenger side doors. These will not work with Northstar models or models with factory door windows.
AJK OffRoad Polaris Xpedition Exhaust Cover
Polaris Xpedition Exhaust Cover makes the rear end of your Xpedition look great. Our main frame work of the exhaust cover is CNC Laser cut and bent from 16 gauge steel and powder coated black. We then add our hexagon vents to the framework. We offer the vents in Factory Polaris colors. We also also the hexagon vent in raw steel for you to paint the color of your choice. This Exhaust Cover replaces the cheap plastic cover and uses the factory holes so no drilling is required. We supply all the hardware to install this great looking cover. Along with the supplied hardware we also supply nice aluminum body washers to give your Exhaust Cover the finished look. If you have the factory Polaris Tube Bumper you will need to shim the top of the bumper out to fit our Exhaust cover.
AJK OffRoad Polaris Xpedition Factory Bumper Accents
Add some color to your Polaris Xpedition Factory Bumper with our Accent Covers. These cover give your Polaris Xpedition some extra color and are easy to install. These use self drilling screws and mount on your factory plastic bumper cover. These are sold as a set for one bumper and come in factory Xpedition colors. We CNC laser cut these from .062 thick aluminum.
AJK OffRoad Polaris Xpedition Front Bumper
Our Polaris Xpedition Front bumper is a must for anyone wanting some protection on your front end. Our bumper is designed to take some abuse. This bumper will work with all Polaris Xpeditions. Our bumper bolts on to the existing frame and front bumper bar and no drilling is required. Options: -Lighting We offer flush mount 3″ cube lights to fit directly in our bumper. All necessary wiring is provided to plug directly into the pulse bar in the front of the machine. These lights are very bright!!!!!! If you do not want the lighting we offer a hexagon cover to fill the void where the light goes, so in the future you can purchase the lights. The hexagon cover will be the same color as your hexagon accents. -Hexagon Accents Our Hexagon Accents are a great addition to the bumper and it also gives the bumper some nice color. All our colors are matched to the Polaris Xpediton colors.
