RPM Powersports 3" Sport Muffler W/ 3" Tip
This is a 304 stainless FULL 3" catless sport muffler that utilizes a internally baffled perforated core. By utilizing not just a straight through muffler we were able to achieve a beautifully sounding exhaust tone while staying extremely light weight and retaining the use of the factory rear fascia. This is a full 3" out the tip design achieved by using the supplied RPM designed, OEM appearing stainless 3" tip. Mounting is used by utilizing the factory hangers brackets. The Sport muffler lands in the middle of the "loudness chart" for our Pro R line up. Loudest being the Race Muffler, and nearest to stock sound would be the Chambered Muffler. The video at the bottom of this page compares all 3 to make your choice easy! Lets talk about the exhaust tip: The factory rear fascia the exhaust exits from was designed around the exhaust tip, this design is called a "Isosceles Trapezoid". The absolute biggest downfall of the factory exhaust is this....The inlet of the factory muffler is 3", with the restriction of the factory catalytic converter it is bottlenecked at the exit & tip which are reduced to 2.5". This was the bottleneck of the exhaust system that needed addressed. While others struggled to "design" an exhaust tip that fit the factory rear fascia, we got to it and knew what needed to be done. Rather than use a typical "car" style exhaust tip we knew we must retain the factory shape. We painstakingly re-designed the factory tip using 3D scans and models. After building our press molds, testing, re-building, and test fitting, we finally achieved a finished product. A factory like 3" tip that appears OEM and perfectly fits the OEM rear fascia. Our tip can be easily modified to be countersunk in the rear fascia providing a more sleeker look. Lets talk about the gasket flange: We have for years manufactured our own replacement OEM style gaskets, with this knowledge & experience we knew that we needed to replicate the OEM flange for best performance. While some attempt to use cone style sealing flanges, we replicated the OEM flange in order to preserve gasket life. No pressure points, only evenly distributed gasket pressure for maximized sealing.
RPM Powersports "Big Core HeadPipe" Header Pipe
Often hated is the Pro R's "out of frame" head pipe. Make no mistake this is the most efficient head pipe design for this engine and we wont bore you with information in regard to gas wave propagation, cylinder overlap timing, gas particle flow, and proper exhaust pressure waves. Let's just say Polaris had help designing the head pipe the way it is, and there wasnt a lack of R&D. Does this mean it's perfect? No. Polaris mass produces these and naturally the head pipe has "mass production" flaws. Furthermore the OEM head pipe is designed and built for a stock machine with a stock restrictive muffler. Polaris simply did what they could, with what they had. First less start with saying the RPM Big Core HeapPipe is a direct bolt on head pipe that retains the stock heat shield and can even bolt to the factory muffler ( or any aftermarket muffler that will bolt to a factory head pipe ). The RPM Big Core HeadPipe has a smoother than stock flowing inner core with less restrictive interior design than that of the OEM head pipe. This was achieved by not only slightly increasing the manifold size to better port match the gasket and cylinder head ports but also the size of the 4 "smaller pipes" after the manifold. The 2 "medium sized" pipes are also increased in diameter, but decreased in length almost completely by eliminating the 2-1 factory section & incorporating it into the unique 4-2-1 collectors. With the decrease in the 2" section of the 2-1 RPM has drastically increased the 3" sections length while allowing it to make a smooth bend around the frame rail towards the muffler. The 3" section is much closer to the frame rail allowing for less exhaust pipe exposed and creating more tire clearance. In addition to the factory O2 sensor retaining its stock location, next to it is an added O2 bung for those with an added O2 monitor or data logger. All of this happens between the 10mm thick header flange, and OEM replicated muffler flange! Each head pipe includes new kit of grade 8 allen head hardware & gaskets are optional at a discounted price!
RPM Powersports " Cooler " P90x Clutch Cover / Brace
Machined from 6061 billet, our P90x clutch brace is built for pure strength without adding unneeded weight. In addition to being substantially stronger than the stock weak cast piece, we integrated raised braces to increase CFM Air Flow. Essentially we have turned the clutch brace cover into a reinforced fan! This increase in clutch air movement helps reduce belt temperature increasing belt life. The P90x clutch is no slouch and a great clutch, this simply address the weak spot of that clutch which is the side to side AND outward flex of the clutch towers. Another common issue with the factory design is the bushing will walk outward out of the brace, have machined a bushing retention lip into our brace that will not allow this to happen.

Polaris RZR Pro R Chambered 3" Muffler This chambered muffler is hands down the most in-demand muffler to be introduced to the Pro R market. This is a fully mechanical chambered muffler that utilizes no wearable packing. It uses a series of pass through chambers & internal flared pipes to deliver a deep and quiet as possible sound through the OEM replicated 3" RPM tip. This is as quiet as a Pro R muffler can be while still retaining enough exhaust flow to provide optimal gains. This means that this muffler system is adequate all the way to stage 5 E85 tunes! Like all our Pro R mufflers, we have retained our famous 3" OEM replicated tip to perfectly fit the factory rear fascia. Constructed from 304 stainless in and out this muffler is built to last and take the beating of any terrain. It mounts in all of the OEM hangers, utilizes the OEM muffler gasket, and works with the RPM Big Core or stock header pipe. Our INCLUDED quiet core insert fits into the muffler to bring the tone down even more if desired.
RPM Powersports Billet Lower Front Shock Tuning Fork
Its no secret this is a worrisome weak spot on the the New Pro & Turbo R chassis. We've developed a tuning fork that's built from 7075 billet aluminum that's simply massive compared to the factory cast piece. This was rigorously engineered, stress tested, over built, and machined to the highest of tolerances. The RPM Tuning fork is massive compared to stock, & other for that matter, making it over 6x stronger than the OEM fork by using the highest grade aluminum and as mentioned, simply making it BIGGER. These do require being installed after the springs due to their sheer mass. We did not want to skimp on strength in return for them fitting through the factory slider. No loss in travel or stroke, and no underlying modifications are required using the RPM fork or cups! The RPM Biller Forks cradle the OEM shock shaft above the threads eliminating any sheering force that has commonly caused shock failures. Paired with our RPM Billet Spring Cups this makes the front suspension components of the Pro R and Turbo R platforms bullet proof. We'll let the pictures speak for themselves! Sold as a set.
