All Tire Carrier frames are powder coated with a Ultra-Fine Texture Black. No cutting or welding required. High quality steel and hardware used throughout. Fits up to 35″ tires. Gas shocks provide very easy lift action, and keep the bed wide open. Steel handles latch securely and do not rattle. Everything you need to install is included.
