Eric Burden
Starting with the heart of the Jagged X Offroad team, meet Eric Burden. When you dial into Jagged X, it’s often Eric’s friendly voice that greets you. He’s the linchpin of the operation, managing everything from meticulous parts ordering to warmly welcoming every customer who steps through the doors. Sales inquiries? Eric’s got it covered, ensuring each transaction is seamless and every client’s needs are met. Outside the confines of the office, Eric is a passionate rider. His pride and joy is a gleaming 2022 two-seat Polaris RZR Pro R. While Glamis is his ultimate riding destination, offering vast landscapes he can’t get enough of, he also has a penchant for the cooler climes up north. Especially during Phoenix’s sweltering months, Eric finds respite riding amidst the dense woods, enjoying its refreshing breeze and tranquility.
Brandon Schueler
Introducing another key member of the Jagged X Offroad family, Brandon Schuler. When you interact with Jagged X, there’s a good chance you’ll cross paths with Brandon. Known as the ‘Bounce Around’ guy, he wears many hats within the team. Whether answering phone calls, assisting customers, or supporting the team in the back, Brandon is always on the move, ensuring everything runs smoothly. On the trails, Brandon is seen driving a Polaris RZR Pro R four-seater. While he appreciates all terrains, the dunes hold a special place in his heart. Their vastness and unique challenges make them Brandon’s top pick for a thrilling ride. His versatility, both in the office and on the trails, showcases his dedication and passion for the world of off-roading.
Bill Schueler
Diving into the rich history of Jagged X Offroad, one cannot overlook the contributions of Bill Schuler. A stalwart of the brand, Bill has been with Jagged X from its early days, witnessing its evolution from Jagged Extreme to Jagged X Racing, and has been instrumental in its growth. While he might jest about not doing “a whole heck of a lot around here anymore,” his presence is a reassuring constant. From occasional janitorial duties to running parts for the team, Bill’s versatility and dedication shine through. His garage boasts an impressive collection of UTVs, including a brand-new Pro R two-seat and a North Star three-seat Ranger, each tailored for specific adventures from duning to trail riding. Having ridden across diverse terrains, from the mud to the mountains, Bill holds a special fondness for Moab, Utah. Its scenic beauty and challenging trails make it a rider’s paradise and for Bill, a place he eagerly returns to. His vast experience, combined with his unwavering commitment, makes Bill Schuler an embodiment of the Jagged X legacy.
Tyler Henry
Delving deeper into the Jagged X Offroad team, meet Tyler Henry. As a mechanic, Tyler is the magic behind the machines, ensuring that every ride is in top-notch condition. His expertise spans a broad spectrum, handling everything from routine maintenance to intricate mechanical challenges. Tyler’s dedication to his craft is evident in the precision and care he brings to every task. When he’s not under the hood of a vehicle, Tyler takes to the trails in his 2019 Polaris RZR Turbo S 4. For him, the dunes are an unparalleled riding experience. While he proudly identifies as a ‘Desert Rat’, the allure of the dunes is irresistible. Tyler’s blend of technical know-how in the workshop and his passion on the trails embodies the spirit of Jagged X, making him an invaluable member of the team.
