Jagged X Summer Tour: Inside Black Ops Machine Co.’s Phoenix UTV Warehouse & Showroom

The tour kicked off in their Phoenix showroom, showcasing key Black Ops products that UTV owners know and trust. On display:

Packing & Shipping
The packing area is where orders are vacuum-sealed and carefully boxed with custom-branded tape. This attention to detail ensures parts arrive protected whether shipping locally or cross-country.
Vehicle Displays
The Can-Am X3 R&D Build
Their shop X3 serves as a real-world test bed for many of their parts. Outfitted with Black Ops ball joints, front knuckles, radius rods, a shock tower brace in custom red metallic powder coat, and their steering wheel with a key-lock quick release, this car gets put through its paces in the desert. This allows them to refine products before they hit customers’ hands.
Polaris XP 1000 Build
On display was a Polaris XP 1000 outfitted with high clearance radius rods and Black Ops wheels. The high clearance design adds functionality on technical trails while enhancing the car’s appearance. Their commitment to blending form and function comes through in this build.
Polaris Turbo R Build
The Turbo R build highlights Black Ops’ latest additions: front and rear billet knuckles, radius rods, pull plate, grills, fender guards, and rear wings. Their new side mirrors and soon-to-be-released clamp version mirrors were also shown. These parts provide both performance and durability, with anodized finishes that complement the car’s look.
What’s New
One highlight was the preview of their Mav-R prototype ball joints — designed for maximum tire clearance and fully rebuildable with a lifetime warranty.
